All the products and offers are subject to availability. After Confirming your order and receiving your payment we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing full details of your order. 

Our stock is constantly kept up to date, but what so ever we can not guarantee that any particular item will be available. If an article that you have ordered is no longer available, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address that you’ve provided. If we cannot contact you after 15 days and the product is still no longer in stock we will automatically refund your order. We will never replace an article without your acceptance.

If you make a different order, that you pay apart, every order will be treated individually and considered a new order.

3.Returns and refunds

You can return your products within 14 days of the date of purchase. However, we recommend that

you order your return as soon as possible.

In order for the product to be accepted for return, it must comply with certain mandatory conditions:

- The return must be announced within 14 days of receipt of the package

-The products must be returned in the original packaging

- Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original labels. Shoes and

accessories must be returned in and with their original boxes and inside a package;

- Cosmetic products can only be returned if they have not been opened and have not been used.

These must be returned without the original packaging being unsealed

- For hygiene reasons, lingerie and sex toys can only be returned if the packaging has not been

unpacked. Once these products are unsealed, they can not be returned

- The products must be accompanied by the "Request of return" and mention if you wish a change or

a refund

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Once your payment is confirmed, your package is prepared and delivered to the carrier for delivery. Depending on the product ordered and the destination, we offer different media: DHL, Ups, Tnt, Gls, Chrono, PosteNL, Bpost etc. The cost of delivery varies according to the weight, the size of the package and the country of destination. In addition, the delivery time varies from case to case when the order was placed, when the payment was confirmed and also from the country of destination.
